Strategy and Project Management II

■ Seminar summary:
The 6th edition of PMBOK shows the importance of strategic and business management as competencies for project managers, but does not mention much about the content of the strategies shown there.Therefore, in this course, as a sequel to the January 2022 course, we will learn about what a good strategy is.In the course, we plan to discuss companies that are implementing good strategies and the conditions for doing so, so we recommend that you select the companies you envision and research their outlines in advance.
