Gist:
We will touch on risk management in the PMBOK Guide and Lessons Learned, a method within it. The lecturer will then introduce the study of failure by Tetsuya Hamaguchi, which he recently learned about, and discuss its application to risk management. During the lecture, there will be individual work and presentations.
