<Implementation report>
Mr. Kimi Nakatani of Axis International Co., Ltd. was asked to give a lecture titled "PMBOK Guide 7th Edition Commentary: Project Management that Drives Change - Selection and Evolution of Work Styles Using the PMBOK Guide -" .The content of the 7th edition has changed from "process-oriented" to "principle-oriented" and has become much more compact (6th edition 756p ⇒ 7th edition 250p).Along with that, "Process Group: A Practice Guide" will be published in 6 as a waterfall-type practical guide, similar to the "Agile Practice Guide" published for the 2022th edition (the Japanese version will be published in 2023). Scheduled to be published in December).

This time it was a venue + web participation format, but 20 of the 4 participants participated in the venue.I thought that if more people participated in the venue, the lecturers would feel motivated and excited.
