Seminar outline:
PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) Guide 7th edition English version was published at the end of July.In the 7th edition of PMBOK Guide, 7 principles (Principles) that were not found in the 6th edition are set out in the first half of the booklet, "The Standard".Then, in the latter half of the booklet, "PMBOK Guide," eight types of performance domains (Performance Domains) are set out in place of the ten types of knowledge areas (Knowledge Areas) up to the sixth edition. In this way, the 12th edition has a finish that can be said to be the relaunch of the PMBOK Guide for the first time in a quarter of a century, and it is expected to contribute to the development of engineering work that incorporates software development more than ever. ..In the 6th edition, while many terms derived from the software agile development field have appeared, terms such as conventional project management have not explicitly appeared. In addition, "Steward" and "Leadership" in the 10 principles of The Standard should be shared by all project team members in the role that the project manager was supposed to play alone. The importance of Esix is also emphasized here.
In this lecture, I would like to explain how Esix is positioned in the new PMBOK Guide and recent trends in engineering Esix.We are also planning an exercise so that you can have a question and answer session with the students.
