Onikin CPD Seminar was held on Saturday, September 9th.Inaba PE, the instructor, held a seminar on the research and development management that the instructor experienced.This time, we did group work using a breakout session.
At the seminar, the following contents were explained in line with the contents of the PMBOK® Guide.
① Scope management
People interpret it in a convenient way based on their own knowledge and position.
② Communication management
When you enter a new environment, first learn the rules and characteristics of the environment, and then think about countermeasures.
③ Procurement management
Determine the competence of the other party and think about how to order.

In the exercise, each student actively exchanged opinions in light of their own workplace and work.
