Following the FY2019 5th Engineers Salon, we held an Engineers Salon only through web distribution.Mr. Uemura, the instructor, explained the concept and significance of "oriented ethics" with his own experience.In the past, when we talked about technical ethics, we often thought of the idea of preventive ethics, which kept in mind what we should not do and what we should comply with, but I was surprised and interested in the fact that there are other ways of thinking and practicing it. It seems that many participants had it.We would like to take this opportunity to thank Uemura for introducing us to a new way of thinking that can be put into practice immediately under the universal theme of ethics.
