JSPE holds a seminar on project management (Onikin Seminar) as a registered education provider of the American Project Management Institute.

In this seminarA Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)) Using the 6th Edition as a textbook, we will lecture on the project management experience experienced by the instructor (PE and PMP®).For seminar participants, the continuous study time (PDH) required for Professional Engineer (PE) andProject Management Professional (PMP)The continuous learning time (PDU) required for ® is issued.

Lecture title: Launching a project-based business: Role of PMO
English title: Initiative of project-based businesses: roles of PMO
Lecture Summary: Based on the lecturer's experience in launching a project-based business, we will consider the role that the PMO (Project Management Office) should play in the organization.
The purpose is to share insights with lecture participants on what are the organizational process assets that are essential to the smooth progress of the project.
