JSPE holds a seminar on project management (Onikin Seminar) as a registered education provider of the American Project Management Institute.
In this seminar, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) 6th Edition will be used as a textbook to give lectures on the project management experience experienced by the instructor (PE and PMP®).Seminar participants will be issued a continuous study time (PDH) required for Professional Engineers (PEs) and a continuous study time (PDU) required for Project Management Professional (PMP)®.

English Title: Architectual Design Project Management – ​​Changes in Method and BIM / CIM
Outline of the lecture: From the beginning of the Heisei era to the present, architectural design methods have changed significantly.It is assumed that the main points in project management have changed between the era when CAD began to spread and the era of front-loading design such as BIM / CIM.In this lecture, I would like to look back on the changes in architectural design methods and consider together how they affect the usage of PMBOK® Guide.In the latter half of this lecture, we will read the NECCS "BIM Guideline" and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's "3D Data Utilization Policy" and try to associate the notes in the BIM / CIM requirement definition with the contents of the PMBOK® Guide.

Application deadline:Participation at the venue will be on Wednesday, December 2th, and if you apply online, it will be on Saturday, November 5th due to the transfer of the participation fee.

A social gathering will be held after the seminar.
