Outline of the lecture: In order to carry out the project smoothly, it is indispensable to ethically resolve the conflict of interest between stakeholders that occurs in various situations. That is why the term conflict management appears everywhere in the PMBOK Guide.
On the other hand, US engineers encounter 12 BER Cases (Board of Ethical Review Cases) published annually by the US NSPE (National Society of Professional Engineers) in their daily work. It explains concretely how to ethically solve various cases.
In this course, some cases will be extracted from the latest BER Cases, explained not only from the NSPE ethical code but also from the viewpoint of facilitating project management, and opinions will be exchanged with the participants.
We look forward to welcoming many members and non-members.
