Viewpoint and Trouble Cases of Project Manager on the Client side

Outline of the lecture: The lecturer was involved in the project work for 15 years from the standpoint of the ordering party, and for the last 3 years, he was engaged in the chemical plant construction work as a professional manager on the ordering side. After that, I changed jobs and became involved in the project as a professional manager from the standpoint of the contractor. From the standpoint of the ordering party, I thought that the contractor was responsible for a large part of the progress of the project and additional estimates, but when I look back on the past from the standpoint of the contractor, the pro-manage of the ordering party However, I think that there are many cases where it did not reach. Also, from the standpoint of the ordering party, if the intention of the ordering party could be understood accurately, the trouble could have been prevented.I think that if both the orderer and the contractor know each other's position, the project can proceed smoothly. Therefore, this time, I would like to describe the difference in the way of thinking between the orderer and the contractor from the viewpoint of the orderer who has experienced, and discuss the troubles of the pro-manage era as the orderer as an example.

We look forward to the participation of many members and non-members.
