　This seminar was held on January 2022, 1 as the 29nd part of the 340th Onigane CPD Seminar (Strategy and Project Management).After the previous review, there was an easy-to-understand explanation about "What is a good strategy?"When considering strategies, the key points are "new world," "mission critical," and "unattractive." In addition to these, it is important for managers to have the ability to understand "timing," and the speed of decision-making. The content was impressive.In addition, in the two exercises that were held in the middle, after individual and pair work, participants shared about "companies implementing good strategies" and "learning from the history of the decline of the textile industry." A lively discussion took place among the lecturers.Due to requests from today's participants and other members, Kitabayashi members will be able to consider the third edition, so I would like to expect future developments of this theme.
