Positioned as a report on the results of the 2022 JSPE Study Group, PE Yanagi gave a lecture on the contents of the "Innovation Management Study Group."In the first half, interesting contents such as the overview of innovation management theory and factors that impede innovation ability were explained in a very easy-to-understand manner.In particular, there was a lively question-and-answer session and exchange of opinions regarding the relationship between the content of the lecture and Japanese companies, such as the reasons why stage gates do not spread among Japanese companies and the factors that hinder innovation.
