Outline of the lecture: In this seminar, I would like to introduce how to proceed with Stakeholder Management in the Project with some exercises along with the PMBOK® Guide.At that time, I would like to explain the contents of the PMBOK® Guide 6th Edition published in October this year, focusing on the changes from the 5th Edition.

On Saturday, December 12nd, we held the second lecture "Stakeholder Management that holds the key to project success" of Onikin CPD 2 "Project Cases practiced by Professional Engineers and PMBOK® Guide-2017" (4 JSPE 1858-2017). ..Tomonori Moriguchi, a director of JSPE, served as a lecturer at the Kobe venue, and the event was held in collaboration with the satellite Tokyo venue (deputy lecturer: Ryo Moriyama).
This time, I explained the difference from the newly published PMBOK® Guide 6th edition by referring to the contents of Chapter 13 of the newly published PMBOK® Guide 5th edition...At the seminar, five exercises were set up, and discussions were held in groups, and each group made a presentation.
