Schedule Management-Focusing on Plant Construction

Outline of the lecture: We will hold a seminar based on Section 5 "Project Time Management" of PMBOK® 6th Edition.
In the seminar, we will introduce the case studies experienced in the plant construction department to which the instructor belongs, together with the contents of PMBOK®.
No prior knowledge is required, but here are some case studies that assume the general situation of experience and judgment.
In addition, there will be discussions and presentations by the participants, and we plan to hold seminars assuming about the same ratio for each.

We look forward to the participation of many members and non-members.

After the seminar, we are planning a one-coin social gathering.

[Implementation report]

Participation: <Tokyo> 15 people (PE10 people, PEN4 people, FE1 people)
<Kobe> 14 people (PE 9 people, PEN 5 people)

On Saturday, July 7, the first lecture "Schedule Management-Plant Construction as an Example" of Onikin CPD 29 "Project Cases practiced by Professional Engineers and PMBOK® Guide-2017" (1JSPE1858-2017) (First lecture in 1) )The we.Mitsuaki Inaba, a director of JSPE, served as a lecturer at the Tokyo venue, and the event was held by connecting the two venues with the Kobe venue as a satellite. This lecture is a lecture that incorporates many exercises, and the representatives of each group will make a presentation after a group discussion of 1 to 2017 people, but I think that almost all of them made a presentation. The lecture will focus on Chapter 2 Project Time Management of PMBOK® Guide 3th Edition, with examples such as schedule management planning, work breakdown structure (WBS) creation, activity sequence setting, earned value management, etc. I did an exercise.Since there were many group discussions, I think that I could have learned project management while looking back on your daily work.

At the one-coin social gathering after the event, I had a Kentucky bourbon instructor named after Inaba, a PE in Kentucky, and it was a lot of fun.

Starting with this seminar, we are planning a total of 9 seminars in September, October, December, and February next year, so please join us.
