FY2022 関東技術施設見学会 & 忘年会 / FY2022 Kanto Field Tour & Year End Party

このたび、JSPE会員のエリックさんのご協力のもと、米軍横田基地の見学会を企画しました。基地関係者の方の案内のもと、以下の内容を予定しております。

<見学内容>
米軍横田基地
・現在建設中の新規発電所の建設地
・バスからの基地内見学
※目下調整中で、変更の可能性もあります。

実施判断・詳細は直前になりますが、見学会後、懇親会（例年の関東Year End Party）を慎ましく行いたいと思います。参加人数の見通しを立てるため、申し込みフォームより見学会への申し込みと合わせて、参加希望の記入をお願います。

Thanks to a cooperation of Mr. Eric Warner, JSPE have planned a site tour of Yokota Air Base.
The followings are planned contents,

<Contents>
・Construction Tour – A tour of our new electrical power station and combined heat and power plant. Both are under construction and on the main base (Fussa) side.
・Base Tour – A windshield tour of the base from the bus.

It will be just before to decide to do, JSPE plan a Year End Party after the site tour. Please enter your desire on the participate form, so that we can estimate the number.

参加要領/Procedure
・申し込み期限：2022年11月8日（火）中
短い期間となり、申し訳ありませんが、よろしくお願いします。
・参加人数は35名を上限とし、先着順とします。
・JSPE会員のご家族・知人の参加も可能ですが、希望者が上限を超えた場合は会員の参加を優先します。ご家族・知人の方の参加の場合は、申し込みフォームの備考欄に紹介された会員の方の会員番号とお名前を記載願います。
・横田基地へ入構する上で、パスポートなどの顔写真付きのIDが必要になり、当日持参ください。
事前に横田基地へIDの種類と番号を連絡する必要があり、申し込みフォームに記載願います。
・見学にかかる費用は無料です。忘年会にかかる参加費用は2,000～3,000円を考えております。
・2CPDの供給を考えております。
・忘年会のみ参加の方は、横田基地見学にかかる入力項目にxxxxと記入し、備考欄にその旨の記入をお願いします。

The number of participants are limited up to 35 in order of application.
・Application Due Date, November-8, Tuesday.
Sorry for the short application period.
・Member’s family and friends can also join. But in the case that the applicants are over the limitation, the priorities are on JSPE members.
・Passports are required to enter the base.
・In order to enter Yokota base, it is necessary to bring an ID with face photo such as a passport.
It is necessary to inform passport number to Yokota base, plese enter to application form.
・The fee for joining site tour is free, and the one for YEP will be 2,000 to 3,000 yen.
・Providing 2 CPDs for this event.
・The person who join only YEP, plese input xxxx for Yokota base tour, and input the situation on  the column of Remarks.
