With the cooperation of Mr. Eric, a JSPE member, we planned a tour of the Yokota Air Base.Based on the guidance of the people involved in the base, we are planning the following contents.

<Contents of the tour>
U.S. military Yokota Air Base
・Construction site for a new power plant currently under construction
・Base tour from the bus
*Currently under adjustment and subject to change.

The implementation decision and details will be made just before, but after the tour, we would like to hold a social gathering (annual Kanto Year End Party) modestly.In order to estimate the number of participants, please fill out the application form together with the application for the tour.

Thanks to a cooperation of Mr. Eric Warner, JSPE have planned a site tour of Yokota Air Base.
The following are planned contents,

・Construction Tour – A tour of our new electrical power station and combined heat and power plant.Both are under construction and on the main base (Fussa) side.
・Base Tour – A windshield tour of the base from the bus.

It will be just before to decide to do, JSPE plan a Year End Party after the site tour. Please enter your desire on the participation form, so that we can estimate the number.

Participation procedure/Procedure
・ Application deadline: November 2022, 11 (Tuesday)

・The number of participants is limited to 35 people and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Families and acquaintances of JSPE members can also participate, but if the number of applicants exceeds the limit, priority will be given to members.If family members or acquaintances are participating, please write the member number and name of the member introduced in the remarks column of the application form.
・In order to enter Yokota Air Base, you will need an ID with a face photo, such as a passport, so please bring it with you on the day.
It is necessary to inform Yokota Air Base of the type and number of the ID in advance, so please fill in the application form.
・The tour is free of charge.The participation fee for the year-end party is 2,000 to 3,000 yen.
・We are considering supplying 2CPD.
・If you are only participating in the year-end party, please enter xxxx in the input items related to the Yokota Air Base tour, and write to that effect in the remarks column.

The number of participants are limited up to 35 in order of application.

・Member's family and friends can also join. But in the case that the applicants are over the limitation, the priorities are on JSPE members.
・Passports are required to enter the base.
・In order to enter Yokota base, it is necessary to bring an ID with face photo such as a passport.

・The fee for joining site tour is free, and the one for YEP will be 2,000 to 3,000 yen.
・Providing 2 CPDs for this event.
