Project Management for Beginners ~Updating Project Management Knowledge~
Introduction to project management for beginners.

■ Seminar summary:
In the first half of the seminar, Matsuoka PE, who took the PMP exam, which was significantly renewed in 2021, and passed it, was a lecturer.
We will introduce an overview of the current PMP exam with passing experiences.
In the second half of the seminar, with Honda PE as a lecturer, using "Project Campus", which is very popular among those who are learning project management for the first time,
Through exercises, you will acquire the ability to "grasp the whole project", which is important in project management.
