■ Seminar summary:
PMBOK 6th Edition demonstrates the importance of strategic and business management as a project manager's competency,
There is not much mention of the content of the strategies presented there.
Therefore, in this course, we will organize the position of strategy in PMBOK 6th edition, and learn what strategy is in the first place and what is difficult.
In the latter half of the course, after learning SCP theory and resource-based view, which are said to be the two major theories of competitive strategy,
We are also planning a group discussion on strategic issues for Japanese companies.
