He explained the history of electricity liberalization and the unbundling of power generation and transmission, the energy situation in Japan, the mechanism of the electricity market, etc., and explained the policies that are considered to be effective in realizing a decarbonized society.During the Q&A session, lively discussions were held on the causes of high electricity prices in Japan and challenges in introducing and expanding emissions trading.I think that it has become easier for people who usually work in fields other than energy to imagine the future image of Japan's energy supply and demand.I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Toda, the lecturer.
