Outline of the lecture: Last year, when the era name changed from Heisei to Reiwa, work style reform began.
Therefore, in this seminar, we will introduce and dig deeper into the concept of PMBOK® Guide regarding meetings so that it can be used as a reference for the “review of meetings” that many companies are working on as part of work style reform.
In the latter half of the seminar, we will introduce "good and bad examples" that can be applied to work style reform, and the seminar participants will consider whether they can be applied in the future.

Held a seminar at Zoom.
