Lecture Summary: The PMBOK® Guide shows the importance of “leadership” in project management, but does not mention much about it.Therefore, in this course, we will organize the position of leadership in the PMBOK® Guide, and learn about leader qualities and skills, leadership and management comparison, leadership style, etc.
In the latter half of the course, we plan to work on "authentic leadership," which can be said to be one of the mainstream leadership research in recent years.

Onikin CPD Seminar was held on Saturday, May 5th.The lecturer, Kitabayashi PE, gave a seminar on leadership.This was the first time for us to hold an online-based Onikin seminar and practice, but we were able to use the Zoom function to communicate with each other between the instructor and the students, and we were able to carry it out safely.
At the seminar, we had you explain the following contents.

In the exercise, the theme was "Peeling experience", and it was a very meaningful time for the instructors and students to share the experiences that triggered their growth in their careers as engineers.
