The first Onikin CPD seminar in 9 was held on 7/2019 (Sat).Former Director Sakai gave a lecture on project management in research and development.Based on development cases in the chemical industry, we will address the characteristics and considerations at each stage of research, development, scale-up, and commercialization, and the important points in the transition between each stage.PMBOK® Guide 6th editionAfter learning the terms and definitions of, we had a group discussion.
