Summary: The instructor is currently the project manager for a large offshore wind project.I shared with you the importance of finding risks quickly and crushing them quickly, which I learned from that experience.

This time, Mr. Daisuke Uemura, who works for Hitachi Capital Corporation and is also an auditor of JSPE, provided a topic on risk management for large-scale projects, and everyone discussed it.
Taking the offshore wind power generation project in the Kashima port area of ​​Ibaraki prefecture, which is currently being planned, as an example, he will talk about various possible risks of large-scale projects and their countermeasures, and will be involved in the design and construction of wind power generation plants and the understanding of neighboring residents. We were able to share and discuss specific topics such as risks and risks of output curtailment as a business.
