The 2018 Year End Party (YEP) was held in one room of Ushiwakamaru (Western food) in Kobe Sannomiya.This year, the 1:16 Onikin Seminar ended ⇒ 15:16 YEP venue move ⇒ 30:17 YEP started, and it was held without any time until YEP.The breakdown of the participants was only Japanese, working people, and repeaters, and the result was poor diversity.To put it the other way around, all the participants can be said to be core members of Kansai, so I would like to work with these members to make Kansai's activities even more active from next year.

At the beginning, Mr. Nishikubo, a director who will be in charge of event planning in Kansai and public relations of JSPE from last year, gave a toast and took about 1.5 hours of chatting.In the second half, due to time constraints, the members mainly gave speeches on their reflections on 2018.Participants talked about what they couldn't talk about at the one-coin meeting after the regular seminar, and talked about how they are doing their best in both work and private life.I wish I could look back on it, including the directors, but I failed to allocate time a little, so I would like to take a lesson next year (I set this year's YEP to 3 hours, which is longer than last year's 2 hours. , I've been overwhelmed by everyone's desire to improve JSPE's activities).After receiving a speech from Director Moriguchi, he concluded with a speech by Director Sakai, who wanted to further activate Kansai's activities.
