We held the 2018rd Onikin CPD Seminar in 3.Suzuki member (former director) gave a lecture and group discussion on the role of PMO (Project Management Office) based on actual experience.
In the XNUMXth edition of PMBOK® Guide, the organization in which the PMO carries out the project is also recognized as one of the organizational structures.Although the role of PMOs is large in project-based organizations, group discussions have revealed that PMOs have not penetrated or are not functioning well.
