We held the second Onikin CPD seminar in 2018.I explained the scope management.Scope management is the task of clarifying what to do or not to achieve the goals of the project, and identifying the deliverables and tasks necessary to achieve the goals without omission and duplication.Clarifying the scope of the project and sharing it with customers and implementers facilitates the operation of the project.
In the exercise, we proceeded with the collection of requirements and the creation of WBS, interweaving individual work and group discussions.
