This time, a former JSPE director, Shibuya PE member, provided a topic under the title of "Falsification Cases with Information Falsification and Engineering Ethics", and everyone discussed it.
Shibuya members have continued to provide topics related to Engineering Ethics last year and two years ago, and this time we asked them to sort out the various cases of fraud that have been introduced so far.
After providing the topic, we had a deeper discussion with beer and wine in one hand.In the discussion, there are differences between engineer ethics and technical ethics, and the resulting differences in organizational perspectives and individual perspectives, and the difficulty of acting as an independent engineer while in Japan. Was also discussed.Ultimately, it made me think very much about how and to what extent the ethical actions taken by a single engineer can affect.
The JSPE Education Subcommittee will continue to be an engineer salon. We are also looking for management support members, so please contact the Education Subcommittee.
