The first engineer's salon of this year was opened at the Tameike office on May 5, and Mr. Yamamura introduced the experience and hardships of overseas construction projects.

Yamamura PE was dispatched to the Hong Kong subway construction in November 1982, shortly after joining a domestic construction company, and after experiencing the Taipei subway and Guangzhou subway construction period, was involved in the reconstruction work for the Great Hanshin Awaji Earthquake in Japan. Since 11, I have been involved in infrastructure construction in the insecure East Timor, Afghanistan, Iraq-Samawah, Hanoi, Saigon, Algeria, Kuwait, India, etc., but once returned to Japan due to the company's policy of withdrawing from overseas projects. However, in order to make the best use of his overseas construction experience, he changed his job to a consultant and was assigned to Hong Kong again, and then traveled to Indonesia.Eventually, he decided to live in Hong Kong as a permanent residence, but he returned to Japan on the occasion of his daughter's marriage and childbirth.
Currently, I belong to the construction department of the US military Zama base.In Samawah, due to the deterioration of public security, we had to withdraw before the road was completed, and in other projects, Mr. Yamamura, who was a PM, took responsibility for the construction that was delayed due to delay in approval and other various reasons. I had a hard time such as having to quit.

I'm happy to spend most of my company life with my family, partly because I spent most of my time abroad away from my family. It was a great success to hear about valuable overseas project experiences.
